A January day at the school office

As much as Monday was a bad day, Tuesday was a good one. I was worried about the problem of getting enough teachers to chaperone the 8th grade class trip and when I warned the parents about it the night before, I knew that my chances of keeping this job would hindge on the situation.

I advetised to the faculty about the trip and some responded positively, which brought the numbers closer to the amount we needed to go. During the teacher's meeting in the afternoon, I talked it up some more and found more teachers willing to go. It worked! It looks like we will make it. It was too good to be true. After the meeting teachers huddled around not wanting to leave because this was the place to be and the people to talk to. things were happenning.

Later Heather called and told how well Hannah was doing and that she missed me since I left and how much we had in common. She said her little family prays for us every night and I know that her prayers are being heard because things are happenning that I am not not controlling. God is in control and my family is praying that God's will be done.
