Phillipsburg

I thought that my interview at Phillipsburg did not go well because I didn't hear from them for two weeks. When Donna called me or I called her and she was at home she told me there was a letter from Phillipsburg for me. Usually this means that I didn't get the job, but I asked her to open it and read it. Donna and I have an agreement that we will not open each other's mail unless given permission. Donna also usually throws mail like this away so I won't get depressed when I am told they don't want me.

Well, she read the letter and raised the tone of her voice when she read that they want me to come back for a second interview! I couldn't believe it! At the same time I am being called back for my third interview in Cherry Hill so this comes as a blessing from God because I was feeling so low until now. If two schools are interested in me, I am not junk, I'm worth something! Got saw to that!

Cherry Hill Invites me back

I was no sooner out of the parking lot and looking for an Exxon station when I got a cell phone call from Cherry Hill. They wanted me for a second interview! They called home, got Donna and she gave them my cell number. This was my first call back since I began looking! I was so excited that I couldn't sleep that night.

I read and mentally prepared for an interview with the Super, which I thgough I had. I went down for a second interview the next week and found to my surprise that it was another 15 people! I got more questions, some a bit more into content and procedure. I felt I didn't do so well, but I made a good finish telling about our committment to our children's education and how I love children and isn't that what we got in the business of education for in the first place?

So I left thinking that was it. Get a call at noon the next day at work from Donna. She is frantically trying to reach me bacause Cherry Hill called back!

This time I really get to see the Super!
